What we do
Four things every club needs, looked after by one person.
A website sponsors respect, social that does not depend on one volunteer, a shop that carries no stock risk, and a fan list the club actually owns. Built for clubs where the treasurer counts the gate in a biscuit tin and the groundsman is somebody’s dad.
Where clubs usually are
years since the website was last properly updated, in the average club we check
volunteer holding every login, every template and every password
Neither is anyone’s fault. Clubs are run in the evenings by people who already have jobs.
The four packages
Take one. Take all four.
Each one solves a specific problem a committee has already argued about. None of them need a member of your club to learn a new piece of software.
Matchday Website
Fixtures, results, news, sponsors and club info on a site that loads fast on a phone. Built in two weeks, looked after forever.
£499 build + £39/mo
Social Pack
Profiles set up properly, matchday graphics in your colours, and a weekly calendar a volunteer can actually follow.
£299 setup + £59/mo
Club Shop
Print-on-demand store on your own domain. No stock, no boxes in the clubhouse, a margin to the club on every order.
£249 setup + £19/mo
Fan Engine
A fan email list the club owns, and matchday emails written automatically from your fixture list.
£29/mo
All four together is the Full Kit at £999 setup and £119 a month, which is £27 a month less than buying them separately.
Who it is for
Clubs with a badge and a fixture list
Non-league football, from step 2 down to a Sunday side with ambition. Cricket clubs with two Saturday XIs and a colts section. Rugby union and league below the Championship. Netball and hockey clubs running four teams out of a leisure centre.
What they have in common is more useful than what separates them: a volunteer committee, a season that starts whether you are ready or not, sponsors who want to be seen, subs and gate money that never quite cover the season, and roughly nobody with a spare evening for a content strategy.
Probably not for you if
- You are a professional club with a marketing department. They will do this better in-house.
- You already have a fast, current site, active socials, a shop and a mailing list. Run the check, prove it, and keep your money.
- You want somebody to run your accounts for you day to day. We build the tooling and hand it over. We are not an agency retainer.
Why one partner
Four suppliers is how clubs end up with nothing
The joins are where it breaks
The web company does not talk to the shop platform. The shop lives on a different domain. The mailing list has a different badge on it. Every gap is a place a fan gives up.
One number to ring
When the fixture is wrong on the site, the graphic and the Thursday email, one message fixes all three. With four suppliers that is four tickets and a fortnight.
One invoice for the treasurer
Four small direct debits from four companies is how clubs end up paying for something nobody remembers signing up to. One line item is easier to defend at an AGM.
The data flows
The fixture list feeds the site, the graphics and the emails. Enter the season once and three things stay right all year.
It costs less
Bought separately the four come to £146 a month. Together they are £119. The saving is not the main reason, but it is real.
Consistency is the brand
Same crest, same colours, same tone on the site, the shop, the graphics and the emails. That is most of what makes a small club look serious.
How we start
With a free check, and sometimes with nothing
Put your club’s address into the check on the homepage. It crawls your public pages politely, scores six pillars and quotes the evidence from your own site. It takes about a minute and there is no signup.
If your club comes out well, the report says so and tells you there is nothing here worth buying. That is not modesty, it is the only way a free check is worth anything. Read exactly how it works, or look at a sample report before you run one.

Start with the free check
See where your club actually stands
Six pillars, quoted evidence, no signup. Then decide whether any of this is worth buying.
No signup. The report appears on screen and it is yours to keep, whether you buy anything or not.
