No lock-in

If you leave, you leave with everything

  • The domain is registered in the club’s name. Not ours. If you have one already we never take control of it, we just point it at the site.
  • The fan list is the club’s. Export it to a spreadsheet whenever you like, including on the day you cancel. We do not sell it, rent it, or email it about anything except your club.
  • Cancel monthly with a month’s notice. No twelve month term, no early exit fee, no automatic three-year renewal buried in a PDF.
  • Your content comes with you. News, photos, fixtures, results and the shop product artwork, exported in a format another supplier can use.
  • No percentage of your income. We do not take a cut of your gate, your subs, your sponsorship or your bar.

Why we put this in writing

Clubs get burned by suppliers who register the domain in their own name and then hold it hostage at renewal. It happens often enough that committees now ask about it before they ask about the price, and they are right to.

So the rule here is simple. Everything that identifies your club, reaches your fans or represents your history belongs to the club. We are paid for the work and the upkeep, not for holding the keys.

Ask for it in writing and you will get it in writing.

Questions

The five we get asked most

Do we have to buy all four?

No. Most clubs start with one. The website is the usual first step because it is the thing a sponsor looks at, and the Social Pack tends to follow in pre-season when someone has burned out on graphics.

What if we already have a website?

Then run the free check first. If it comes back strong we will say so and there is nothing for us to sell you. If it is a platform you cannot edit, or it is slow on a phone, we will show you which pages proved it.

Who owns the domain?

The club. If you have one, it stays in your name and we point it at the site. If you have not, we buy it in the club’s name and hand you the login.

How long are we tied in?

A month. The monthly fee covers hosting, changes and support, and it stops when you tell us to stop, with a month’s notice. There is no minimum term.

Do you work with cricket, rugby, netball and hockey?

Yes. Fixtures, results, sponsors, subs and volunteers work the same way across all of them. The words on the templates change, the shape of the problem does not.

Is VAT included?

No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. Invoices are monthly and itemised, so a treasurer can put them straight into the accounts.

Where these prices came from. They are set against what this work costs to do properly for a club of your size, not against what a marketing agency would charge a business. We are new: the first club started paying in August 2026, and if it turns out these numbers are wrong for grassroots budgets we will change them for new clubs rather than quietly squeeze the ones already here.

Start with the free check

Start with the free check, not the invoice

It scores six things about your club’s online presence and quotes the evidence from your own pages. If you come out well, we will tell you there is nothing to buy.

No signup. The report appears on screen and it is yours to keep, whether you buy anything or not.
