Terms of service
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between your club and Keelson Holdings Ltd (trading as ScaleYourClub) ("we", "us"). They apply to the free visibility check and to every paid package.
2. The free check
The visibility check is free and provided as-is. It is an automated reading of public pages, not a professional audit. It uses heuristics, it says so on the face of every report, and "not found" only ever means "not found in the pages we crawled". Do not treat it as a guarantee about your website's condition, and do not rely on it as your only assessment.
We may rate-limit, refuse or withdraw access to the check, particularly where it is being used to place load on a third party's server.
3. What we provide

No package carries a setup, build or other one-off fee. Where a package can be paid for a year in advance, that figure is exactly twelve times the monthly one: it buys one invoice instead of twelve and is not a discount. A yearly invoice for any of the other packages is available on request, at twelve times the monthly price.
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added and the price shown is the total payable. We will tell you in writing before any price changes, and existing clubs keep their price for at least 12 months from signing.
4. What we need from you
A website is a shared effort. We need your badge, colours, fixtures and a named contact, and we need results and news sent to us or entered by you. If nobody at the club does that, the site goes stale and no amount of build quality fixes it. We will say so rather than quietly let it rot.
You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us — badge, photographs, sponsor logos and text. We rely on that, particularly for player photographs and anything involving children.
5. Payment
There is nothing to pay before work starts. Monthly fees are payable monthly in advance. Where you have chosen to pay for a year, that year is payable in advance in a single invoice. If an invoice is more than 30 days late we may suspend the service after giving you 14 days' written notice — we will not pull a club's website down without warning during a season.
6. Ending it
Either side can end a monthly service with one month's written notice. On termination:
- The domain is transferred to the club, or stays with the club if it was already registered in the club's name.
- Your content is exported to you in a usable format.
- Your supporter email list is exported to you.
- Where you have paid for a year in advance, we refund the unused whole months.
- Any setup or build fee paid under an earlier price list is not refunded, because the work was done. No package has carried a setup or build fee since 1 September 2026.
7. Who owns what
Your club owns its content, its badge, its domain and its supporter list. We own the underlying templates, code and tooling used to build and run the site, and you get a licence to use them for as long as you are a customer. Nothing here transfers our tooling to you, and nothing transfers your club's identity to us.
We may mention that your club is a customer, and show your site as an example of our work, unless you tell us not to — just say so and we will not.
8. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee search rankings, sponsor income, shop sales, newsletter signups or attendances. Anyone who does is guessing. We will tell you what we think is realistic and we would rather under-promise.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting, payment and print providers we depend on can and occasionally will fail.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sponsorship or lost revenue.
10. Data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your club's behalf — principally supporter email addresses in the Fan Engine — the data processing agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
