Matchday Website
A sponsor is judging your club by your website right now.
Before anyone signs a board deal or a shirt sleeve, they look you up on their phone. If they find a page that has not moved since 2019, or a Facebook group they cannot read without an account, that is the whole impression. Fixtures, results, news, sponsors, club info. Built in two weeks, kept right forever.
What a sponsor sees today
- A page with last season’s fixtures still on the front
- No sponsors page, so no proof their logo goes anywhere
- A phone layout that needs pinching to read
- No club address, so nobody knows where to park
Every one of those is a five-minute fix once the site is built properly. None of them get fixed on a committee night.
Why it matters
Three people look you up every week
The new fan
They have moved to the area and want to know kick-off time and whether there is a bar. If they cannot find it in thirty seconds they stay in.
The sponsor
A local builder deciding between your hoardings and a Facebook advert. Your site is the entire pitch deck and you are not in the room.
The parent
Looking for training times, subs, and who to email about their eleven-year-old. If they end up messaging a personal Facebook page, half of them give up.
Here is the actual thing
Hollowbrook Athletic, built the way yours would be
This is a real, working demo club site running on this server right now. Same build, same speed, same pages you would get. Scroll it. Open it on your phone. Click into the fixtures.
- Fixtures and results, with the next game pinned to the top
- News posts the club can send us or type in themselves
- A sponsors page with logos, links and a line about each business
- Club info: ground, postcode, directions, subs, contacts, training nights
- Loads in under a second on a phone at the ground on 4G
Hollowbrook Athletic is invented. The club, the players and the results are made up so we can show you a finished site without pretending we have clients we do not have.
What is included
Everything a club site needs. Nothing it does not.
Fixtures and results
The full season, home and away, with kick-off times. Results go up Saturday evening, not Wednesday.
News
Match reports, presentation night, pitch appeal, new signing. Posts take two minutes to add.
Sponsors page
Logo, link, and a line about each sponsor. Something to show them when you ask for next season.
Club info
Ground address and postcode, parking, training nights, subs, committee contacts, safeguarding contact.
Hosting and SSL
Fast hosting, the padlock in the address bar, daily backups. Included in the monthly fee, not extra.
Google basics
Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and sports club schema so search engines know what you are.
Mobile first
Designed on a phone screen and then widened, because that is how nine in ten of your visitors arrive.
Updates forever
Email us the change and we make it. No ticket system, no hourly rate, no waiting a fortnight.
How it works
Two weeks from first call to live
Day 1
Twenty minute call
Badge, colours, league, fixture list, and who at the club is allowed to ask for changes. That is the whole brief.
Days 2 to 6
We build it
You send a folder of photos and last season’s results. We write the club info pages and put the site together.
Days 7 to 9
The committee looks
A private link goes round the WhatsApp group. Everyone gets their say. We make the corrections in a day.
Days 10 to 14
Live on your domain
We point your domain at it, tell Google, and hand over. If you have no domain we buy one in the club’s name.
After that it is maintained. Send a result, a photo or a new sponsor and it goes up. That is what the £39 covers.
What it costs

One setup fee, one monthly fee, no percentage of your gate and no surprise invoice in March.
