How much does a cricket club website cost?
Ours is £499 to build and £39 a month, excluding VAT. Bespoke cricket club web design in the UK generally starts around £950 plus VAT; subscription platforms are roughly £30 to £50 a month. There are free options too, and for a one-team club they may genuinely be enough — we would say so.
Does it connect to Play-Cricket?
Not automatically, and we will not pretend otherwise. We link through to your Play-Cricket pages and keep the headline fixtures, results and scorecards current on your own site so supporters and sponsors see them without leaving. Automatic syncing is something we would build if enough clubs asked.
Can it handle several teams and age groups?
Yes — Saturday 1st and 2nd XI, Sunday, midweek and every colts age group get their own fixtures and results. That is the normal shape of a cricket club and the site is built around it rather than bolted on.
What about the teas rota and members-only information?
The teas rota, bar hours and ground directions go on the club page because those are the pages members open. We do not currently do password-protected members areas; if that is essential, we are not the right fit and we would tell you before taking any money.
We already have a free website. Why change?
You may not need to. Run the free visibility check first — if your site covers what supporters and sponsors need, the report will say there is nothing for us to sell you.
