Club Shop

People want to wear your badge. You have nowhere to sell it.

Every club has the same conversation. Somebody asks where they can buy a hoodie, the answer is a WhatsApp order form once a year, and the money quietly goes nowhere. A print-on-demand shop on your own domain takes the risk out: no boxes in the clubhouse, no cash up front, a margin to the club on every order.

Live in a week £249 setup + £19/mo Zero stock risk

Why clubs never start one

  • Somebody has to front £1,400 for a pallet of hoodies
  • Then guess the sizes, and eat the wrong ones
  • Then store them, and hand them out at training
  • Then chase four people for £25

Print-on-demand removes all four. Nothing is made until a fan has paid for it.

Why it matters

This is the cheapest revenue door you have

The money is already there

Parents, old players, the bloke who has watched since 1988. They would all buy something with the badge on. Nobody is refusing to spend, they just cannot.

It is free advertising

A club hoodie in the queue at Tesco is a fixture list somebody reads. Kit on the street is how small clubs get noticed.

It costs the club nothing to try

No stock, no float, no committee vote about risk. If it sells nothing in a season you are out £19 a month and you have learned something.

Here is the actual thing

A working shop, on the club’s own domain

This is the Hollowbrook Athletic shop, running live. It sits at yourclub.co.uk/shop, so fans never leave your site and never wonder whether the page is legitimate.

  • Replica-style training wear, hoodies, tees, polos and coats
  • Scarves, bobble hats, mugs, bottles, tote bags, stickers
  • Your crest printed or embroidered, in the right colours
  • Card payment, order confirmation, tracked delivery to the fan
  • Printed and posted when the order comes in, not before

Demo products, real mechanics. The shop is a working build with a made-up club on it, so you can click through the whole thing without us borrowing someone else’s badge.

What is included

Everything except the boxes in your clubhouse

A full product range

Around twenty items to start: training wear, leisurewear, junior sizes, and the small things that sell at a bar on a cold Tuesday.

Design and mockups

Your crest set on every product, mocked up for the committee to approve before a single item goes on sale.

Your margin, your call

You set the retail price. The club margin sits on top of the print cost, typically £4 to £9 an item depending on what it is.

Printing and postage

Made to order, packed and posted to the fan, with tracking. No trip to the post office and no sizes left over.

On your own domain

The shop lives at yourclub.co.uk/shop. Same badge, same colours, same header. It looks like the club because it is the club.

Paid monthly

One statement a month: what sold, what it made, what is coming to the club account. Straightforward enough to read out at a meeting.

How it works

One week from badge file to first order

Day 1

Send the badge

The highest resolution crest you have, plus your colours. If all you have is a photo of the club sign, we redraw it.

Days 2 to 4

Range built

We set the products up and send mockups. You cut the ones that will not sell and add the one thing we missed.

Day 5

Prices agreed

We show the print cost of each item, you set retail, and the club margin is fixed there and then.

Days 6 to 7

Live and announced

The shop goes on your domain and we hand you a launch post for social. First orders usually land in the first week.

Prices exclude VAT. Monthly, cancel with a month’s notice. The domain and the fan list belong to the club, always.

What this does not do. Print-on-demand makes less per shirt than buying in bulk. If you reliably shift 300 of one design a season, a bulk order will earn the club more, and we will tell you that rather than take your £249. This wins when you do not know what will sell and cannot risk the cash. It is also not your official match kit: replica playing shirts are tied to your kit supplier’s licence, and we will not print anything that pretends otherwise.

See whether fans can spend money with you at all

The free check looks for a shop, a sponsorship page and a membership route. Those are the three cheapest revenue doors online, and most clubs are missing at least two.
