You could do this on Pitchero.
Most clubs we write to are already on Pitchero, MyClubPro or the RFU’s own platform, and several of those are free. Pretending otherwise would waste your time, so here is the comparison with their prices, not ours, and the two things they do that clubs tend not to find out until later.
What a season actually costs
A club with more than one team, on its own domain, with no adverts on the site. That is the honest like-for-like, because a single-team free plan is not what a Step 5 or Step 6 club needs.

Two reasons to pick them over us
We would rather you read this here than find it out three weeks in.
If money is genuinely the constraint, they are free.
A single-team club with no budget should take the Pitchero free plan today. It will put a working site online with fixtures, results and a way to collect subs, and it will cost nothing. We are not going to pretend a £468 answer beats a £0 one when the club has £0.
If you need subs, payments and a squad app, they do that and we do not.
Pitchero handles membership, match fees, availability and a mobile app for players and parents. That is a genuinely good product and it is not what we sell. If the thing keeping your secretary up at night is chasing subs, buy Pitchero. If it is that the website has not been touched since 2023, talk to us.
Where we win
Three things worth the twelve quid
Our first year is £468. Theirs is £456. Neither of us charges a setup fee, so that is a difference of £12 across a whole season — which means the question is not really price. It is what the difference buys.
Nobody else’s adverts
On Pitchero’s free plan third-party adverts appear on your club’s site, and on the £38 plan there are still some. Removing them entirely means the £99 plan. Clubs have ended up serving adverts they would never have chosen — one youth football club reported ads about how to win a street fight. Our site carries no adverts on any plan, ever.
Nobody has to build it
Every Pitchero plan, including the £99 one, is software you operate. A volunteer still logs in, still uploads the fixtures, still resizes the photo. We build it and we make the changes, unlimited, for as long as you pay the monthly. That is the actual difference between software and a supplier.
It does not look like everyone else’s
Templated platforms make every club in the division look identical, which is fine until you are sitting in front of a sponsor with the same page as the club that just beat you 4-0. Yours is built for your club, in your colours, with your ground and your history on it.
The straight answer
Who should not buy from us
- A one-team club with no budget. Take the free plan. Come back when you have three teams and a sponsor asking why the site says 2023.
- A club whose main problem is collecting money. Subs, match fees and availability are Pitchero’s strength and not our product. We would be selling you the wrong thing.
- A club with a volunteer who genuinely enjoys running the website. If someone is doing it happily and doing it well, we are a cost with no benefit. Keep them, and buy them a drink.
- A club that has just paid an agency. If you have a designer credited in your footer and a site from this year, you have already solved this.
We would rather write this down than spend a phone call finding it out. If none of the four is you, the free check takes two minutes and tells you what a sponsor sees.
