Social Pack
Your best volunteer is burning out in Canva every Saturday.
Somebody at your club is making the team graphic on their phone in the car park at ten to three. They are guessing at the colours, the badge is fuzzy, and one week they are away and nothing goes out at all. This fixes the tooling, not the person.
The Saturday problem
- Three different badge files, none of them sharp
- Colours that change slightly every week
- Score posted at nine at night, if at all
- One person holds all the logins in their head
None of this is a talent problem. It is a template problem, and templates are cheap.
Why it matters
Social is where your gate actually comes from
It is the only thing that reaches people
Nobody visits a club website on a Thursday for no reason. They see the fixture graphic in their feed and remember Saturday exists.
It is what sponsors are buying
A sponsor logo on a graphic seen by 4,000 people beats a board seen by 180. Consistent posting is the product you are selling them.
It falls over when one person is away
Clubs do not stop posting because they stopped caring. They stop because the one person who knew how to do it had a holiday.
Here is the actual thing
The templates, in club colours
Eight matchday templates, drawn in your badge colours, sized right for every platform. A volunteer types two team names and a time. Ten seconds, not twenty minutes.
Drawn here in a demo club’s colours. Yours come out in your badge palette, with your crest, at proper resolution.
The weekly calendar
| Day | Post |
|---|---|
| Tuesday | Training reminder, or a photo from last week |
| Thursday | Matchday graphic: opposition, time, ground |
| Saturday | Team news in the morning, score at full time |
| Sunday | Match report link, player of the match |
| Monday | Sponsor thank-you, or the week ahead |
Five posts. Roughly twenty minutes a week in total, spread across whoever is free.
What is included
Set up once, so it survives a change of volunteer
Profiles done properly
Same handle, same crest, same bio, correct links, on the platforms your fans actually use. Dormant old accounts closed or claimed.
Eight templates
Matchday, team news, full time, player of the match, sponsor thank-you, postponed, training reminder, club announcement.
A weekly calendar
One page, on the clubhouse wall. It says what goes out on which day so nobody has to invent the week.
A colour and badge kit
Your crest at proper resolution, your exact colours written down, the fonts. It stops the drift.
Seasonal refresh
New templates each season, plus one-offs for cup runs, presentation night and a promotion if it comes.
Handover session
Forty minutes with whoever posts. Recorded, so the next volunteer watches it instead of learning by guesswork.
How it works
Ten days, and it is a system rather than a person
Day 1
We find what exists
Every account with your club name on it, including the two nobody remembers making. We list them and agree what to keep.
Days 2 to 4
Profiles tidied
Crest, bio, link to the site, consistent handle, admin access held by two committee members and not one.
Days 5 to 8
Templates drawn
In your colours, with your badge. We send drafts, you tell us the away shirt is navy not black, we fix it.
Days 9 to 10
Handover
A call with the people who post, the calendar printed for the clubhouse, and our number for when it goes wrong.
