Non-league & grassroots football

Football club websites built for Saturday afternoons

Steps 1 to 7, Sunday league, youth and women's football. A site that loads fast on a phone in the rain, shows the fixture list a supporter came for, and does not embarrass you when a sponsor looks it up.

What a football club site has to do

Built around how your club actually runs

  • Fixtures, results and the league table. Not a PDF from the league secretary. Goals, scorers, attendance and where the club sits, on the page a supporter actually lands on.
  • Match reports a volunteer can post in two minutes. Because the report written on the coach home is worth more than one written properly three weeks later.
  • A sponsors page with prices on it. Matchball, hoardings, shirt front. Local businesses decide faster when they can see the number without ringing anyone.
  • A club shop with no stock risk. Print-on-demand replica wear and merch. The club takes a margin on every order and nobody has forty unsold hoodies in their garage.
  • Gate, subs and membership information. Admission prices, concessions, how to join. The three things visiting supporters and new players search for.

Questions clubs ask

Football club websites, answered plainly

How much does a non-league football club website cost?

Ours is £499 to build and £39 a month to run, excluding VAT. For comparison, bespoke agency builds for clubs typically start around £950 plus VAT, and subscription club platforms run roughly £30 to £50 a month. Free platforms exist and are a genuine option — the trade-off is usually ads, a cut of your payments, and the club not owning its own domain or supporter list.

How long does it take to build?

About two weeks from the point we have your badge, colours, fixtures and a contact for the club. Most of that fortnight is waiting on the club, not on us.

Do you update the fixtures and results for us?

You send them or we take them from your league's published list, and we keep the site current — that is what the monthly fee covers. To be straight about it: we do not automatically sync from FA Full-Time today. If a fixture changes on a Thursday night, someone tells us or uses the editor.

Can we move away later and keep our website?

The domain is registered in the club's name and the supporter email list is exported to you on request, any time. Cancel monthly with a month's notice. We would rather you could leave easily and chose not to.

Do you work with youth and Sunday league clubs, not just non-league?

Yes. The site is the same shape whether you are step 4 or a Sunday side with one pitch and a WhatsApp group — there is just less to put on it, and we would tell you if the Fan Engine is not worth it at your size.

We read your existing pages the way a search engine does and score six things that decide whether new members and sponsors ever find you. If it comes back clean, we say so.
